What is possible when you fully connect to self and others? Senait helps clients become more aware and connected to themselves (who am I? how do I perceive my world? How do I handle uncertainty and challenges? Am I in true alignment to self?). This work leads clients to cultivate an understanding of themselves today. Senait then guides her clients to define where they might want to be in six months, a year, five years. She then works with the client by building their self-esteem, boosting their confidence, understanding their values and beliefs, and enhancing their emotional connection throughout their growth and self awareness journey.

What is possible when you are open and curious? Senait works with clients to explore the mental shifts required to fully embrace living a life in full alignment to self and others whilst dealing with new challenges and uncertainties. She helps clients be in full awareness of their self-limiting beliefs (fixed mindset) and stories , and from this place of knowing help her clients re-write and embark on a transformation journey (growth mindset). Senait works with clients to identify the pessimistic outlook that they might be in and guide them into a more optimistic outlook on life. This shift in mindset enables clients to fully embrace life and enjoy all the sphere of their lives regardless of the uncertainties or challenges they may be facing (career, relationships, family, community etc.)

What is possible when you are in conscious choice? Senait works with clients looking to feel more in control of their lives – feel less stuck and overwhelmed. The main outcome of coaching for balance is to help clients make powerful life choices (value driven), and to select the experiences they want most (alignment to self), rather than getting overwhelmed trying to have it all. When clients are in balance, they go through life and life changes feeling fully connected (alive), effective and empowered. Conscious, intentional, and proactive choices rather than habitual , automatic and reactive one lead to flowing through life with clarity, aliveness and depth of meaning.
